On May 14 we hosted an expert panel following our screening of The Story of Plastic. It was an epic discussion related to Plastic Pollution crisis and address topics of inclusion, education, and community.

While completing her master's degree in Sustainable Development & Conservation Biology from the University of Maryland, Liz taught sustainability to undergraduate students while also volunteering as a docent at the Smithsonian Natural History Museum’s Ocean Hall. As Surfrider's Washington and Alaska Regional Manager, she supports the organization's five Washington chapters, three BC chapters, and Kenai Peninsula Chapter in their amazing work.
