International Surfing Day Celebration, June 22nd

International Surfing Day is just around the corner! Join us next week, June 22nd, for our annual fiesta at Urban Surf. Always a good time featuring a SUP race on lake Union, demo boards, beverages, raffle, and more. We will be kicking it off at 5:30 and running strong til 9 so drop on in and celebrate our ocean, waves and beaches with the Seattle chapter. For any questions, please contact the chapter.

While completing her master's degree in Sustainable Development & Conservation Biology from the University of Maryland, Liz taught sustainability to undergraduate students while also volunteering as a docent at the Smithsonian Natural History Museum’s Ocean Hall. As Surfrider's Washington and Alaska Regional Manager, she supports the organization's five Washington chapters, three BC chapters, and Kenai Peninsula Chapter in their amazing work.
